TAXI FROM BANBURY STATION
Local taxi firm Furlong have agreed a flat rate of £27 for a 4 seater and £35 for a 7 seater from Banbury Station if you mention you are going to Rollright Fayre. Their number is: 0779 635 7370
Free car parking to all ticket holders. Live-in vans / caravans require an additional pass (£20)
FOOD & DRINK
All our traders are selected to meet our ethical requirements (organic meat and local/fair trade)
Peckish Peacock: vegetarian currys and fried treats
La Bonne Crepe: savoury and sweet galettes
Sausage & Mash Co. : organic pork and veggie sausages served with mash and a selection of gravy.
Ashgreen Organics: Fresh fruit and veg stall
We have a couple of bars selling local ales and ciders along with premium larger and cocktails. We do our best to keep prices as reasonable as possible and really appreciate you supporting our bar.
We encourage everyone to bring their own water containers and fill up from the drinking water bowsers. All our traders and bars use compostable or recycled packaging.
All waste on site is taken to a local recycling plant where it's separated and sent for recycling.
As the site we use is normally a dairy farm we have a strict no dogs policy.
atm & Cash
There are no cash points on site and the bars and stalls are all cash only.
The closestATM is in Chipping Norton.
As a very small festival we ask that you contact us with any requests for disabled access so we can make sure we have the correct facilities in place.
The site is very well drained so rarely gets muddy so is fairly easy to navigate with a wheel chair or buggy.
health & safety
We have qualified first aiders and massage therapist on site to help with any minor injuries or aches.
The site is relatively small and we have quite a few communal fires dotted around the site. We ask that you refrain from making your own open fires.
Raised BBQs are fine but please be very careful disposing of the ashes ensuring that they are completely cold first.
